    How do I place an order?

    To place an order, follow these steps:

    1. Select the products you’d like and “Add to cart”
    2. Visit your cart,  review and adjust quantities as needed, then “Checkout.”
    3. You’ll be directed to input your shipping and payment information. Add any additional info you’d like us to know, then “Place Order.”

    Your order will ship within 2-5 business days of placing it. There may be a delay for specialty items.

    How do I place an order for drop shipping?

    We do not accept dropship orders at this time.

    Where do my orders ship from, and what are my shipping options?

    All orders are shipped from our Winston Salem N.C. facility.

    All shipping options and freight costs will appear on a pull-down menu on the order form when you’re placing your order. Simply select your shipping option of choice.

    Your order will ship 2-5 business days from when you placed it.

    Do you accept backorders?

    We do not facilitate backorders at this time.

    How can I view past orders?

    Visit My Account and select “Orders” from the left hand navigation.

    There, you can review all of your past, current, and draft orders.

    You can also view your order details and tracking information by selecting “View Order” on a specific order.

    How do I reorder a previous order?

    You can reorder a previous order by viewing a previous order that has completed and selecting the “Order Again” option below the order details.

    The items from this order will be added to your cart. From there, you can adjust quantities, add or remove items, then “Place Order.”

    I started an order previously but didn't check out. Where can I find it?

    Items in your cart are autosaved. If you do not check out, they will remain in your cart even when you log out or leave the site for an extended period of time.

    Note: Adding items to your cart will not reserve quantities. If we are low on an item you have in your cart, quantities will be lowered in your cart to match.

    Where can I find more information about the products you carry?

    Each product page includes important information about the product, including a product title, description, material and pictures.

    If you need additional information, or have a specific question about any of the products we carry and cannot find that information online, please email us at: [email protected].

    You can also sign-up on our email list to keep on top of new product releases by sending an email to [email protected]. To ensure our emails go through to your inbox, please add [email protected] to your address book.

    Will I need to enter a credit card for every order?

    No. You can save your credit cards to your account for future use. All credit card information saved is encrypted and tokenized to protect your information.

    How do I add a buyer/user to my account?

    This feature is coming soon. To be notified as soon as its released, sign up for our email lists here.

    How do I change my account information, address, or credit card?

    Visit My Account.

    You can update your account information by selecting “Account Details” from the left hand navigation. Update the relevant information, then select “Save Changes.”

    You can update your address by selecting “Address Book” from the left hand navigation, then “edit” above the relevant address.

    You can update your payment information by selecting “Payment Methods.” There, you can delete credit card details, or add a new one.

    Please note: For your security, you will not be able to edit credit cards directly. If you would like to update a card number, simply delete the old card information and create a new card with your updated information.

    How do I update my Sales Tax Exemption Certificates?

    Can I apply for a Line of Credit?

    At this time, we only accept credit cards or paypal checkout.
